Once your order has been paid for, we will send you a preview of the portrait within 2 working days before it is printed. Following this preview, you will be able to make unlimited and free modifications related to colour changes, outlines of the face. Requests for alterations are processed within 1 working day. Once the graphic production is underway, the change of photo will be subject to an additional payment of 20 euros per face to be retouched

You will receive within 2 working days the preview of your portrait directly on your mailbox. You will then have the possibility of requesting alterations to this preview. Each alteration request will extend the shipping date by one business day. The shipping date will depend not only on the number of edits but also on how quickly you respond to our emails. An additional working day must be added to the graphic creation time for printing. Delivery times will depend on the mode of transport chosen:

• + 3 to 4 working days with delivery to a Mondial Relay pick-up point
