Whatever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible that will allow you to track your package online. The shipping fees include packaging, handling, and postage costs.

At your home

Your parcel will be handed to you personally or delivered to your mailbox. If its size does not allow for delivery to the mailbox, it will be made available at the post office to which you are assigned.

You have 10 working days from the arrival of your parcel at the post office to collect it.

Pick-up point

You can pick up your long-awaited package at a pick-up point near you. Whether at a post office, a parcel locker, or a Pickup relay point (over 26,000 locations in mainland France), we adapt to your needs for a seamless delivery experience.

You then have 14 days to collect your package.

  • Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which must be within the agreed geographic area. Orders are fulfilled by La Poste via Colissimo, a delivery service with no signature required upon receipt. Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only; if they exceed thirty days from the date of order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed.
